• Track Record: Demonstrated history of profitability
• Size: $3+ million of EBITDA
• Management: Management in place or an appropriate management transition period
• Location: Head office in British Columbia 

The Hazelton Group Investment Parameters: 

• Equity Requirement: Between $5 million and $50 million
• Ownership: Minority to 100% ownership
